Q300T D Sequential Sputter Coating System
Quorum Technologies announces the launch of the Q300T D Dual Head Sputter Coater. The Q300T D is based on the same platform as the successful Q150 series products and features fully automatic touch screen control and turbo pumped vacuum chamber in a one piece moulded case. This unique bench top coater has two sputter heads which can be used to deposit sequential layers of oxidising or noble metals without breaking vacuum. The product is ideal for coatings in thin film applications as well as traditional SEM sample preparation. In standard format the system can be used for coating substrates up to 100mm in diameter and with optional accessories can be used for coatings up to 150 mm in diameter.
